I WANT ONE!!!

Note: I haven't been updating my blog for a long time. OK, make that a very loooooooong time. Hope this will put me back into my blogging mood.

Having your messaging software, Photoshop, Maya, Internet browser and media player all at once is kind of a pain in the hind portion. For those with desktops (like me), we get a second (or third, or fourth, or seventh, or tenth) monitor (again, like me). And trust me, you WILL want a second monitor. Once you go multi-monitor, you never go back.

So, what about those who use notebooks?

You can't exactly lug a second monitor around you, now can you?

Well, meet the answer (coutesy of
Gizmodo)

Yes, that is a dual-screen notebook.

That, my friends, is the gScreen Spacebook.

Two 15.4-inch screens. One notebook body. Total awesomeness.

The screens slide, so you can alternate between single- and dual-screen mode.

Yes, it is that awesome.

And the specs?

Quite good, actually.

Bad news, the price. This baby should set you back around USD 3000. Yes, USD 3000.

Still, I WANT ONE!!!

I just watched the first episode of DCD...

And I have to say...

... My brain just exploded due to pure awesomeness.

Coming of a Decade...

Tomorrow, a new hero will rise.

Ladies and gents, I present to you the Masked Rider for 2009: DCD (Pronounced "Decade")

It's kind of a big deal, 'cause it's like an anniversary for "New Gen" Riders, "New Gen" being those made in 2000 and after. See why he's called DCD?

Didn't really dig the pink armour at first, but it kinda grew on me. I guess.

Can't wait for TV-Nihon to sub the show.

Yay!

Remember When I Said...

That I was disappointed with the MTV EMAs? C'mon, it was a few posts ago.

Well, Rick Astley made an unexpected appearance in America.

Watch the video:

Yes, I know.

Very unexpected.

Still awesome though.

Rick Astley FTW!!!

THIS IS ALSO TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

Little known fact: Japan actually made a Spider-Man series in 1978.

Yes, Spider-Man.

Apparently, they had a deal with Marvel Comics at the time.

And get this, instead of a whiny teenage wimp given powers by a radioactive spider bite, the Japanese version gets a giant robot.

I repeat.

A GIANT ROBOT.

That just made him a whole lot badass, don't you think?

It's like badass to the power of Infinity.

That kind of badass.

Here was the Opening for the series:

By the way, the giant robot's name is Leopardon. Yes, it is based on a leopard. Why they put it in a show where the main character is Spider-Man is beyond me. But still, GO GIANT ROBOTS!!! W00T!!!

THIS IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!

Wow. Just wow.

Why didn't I think about it for my project?

Damn.
